Meet Our Team
Tatum Crochet
CEO
Tatum worked for Arthur J. Gallagher from 2015-2017, specializing in the public entity sector (K-12 schools, municipalities, universities, and states). She held her Property & Casualty license and managed the day-to-day insurance needs for a book of business that exceeded $25M in written premium, including a large, self-insured housing pool.
For the past five years, Tatum has worked as a business consultant for multiple professional employer organizations. She helped businesses streamline their HR, payroll & insurance functions while putting long-term strategies in place to help them stay compliant, protected, and in line with laws & regulations.
Tanner Sirk
COO
From 2017-2021, Tanner was focused on business development for a commercial staffing agency in the emergency response industry. In her time doing so, Tanner developed and maintained relationships with five of the country’s premier restoration and recovery companies. Her client sales surpassed $10M in labor staffing over the four years she was in this role.
She has worked on numerous projects, ranging from oil spills to catastrophic hurricanes, as well as providing specialized work for emergency culinary labor staffing and COVID-19 cleaning services. Tanner manages relationships not only with her clients but also with the workers she recruits for projects. She focuses on finding the most efficient and experienced crews to mobilize them on job sites.
Taryn Crochet
Vice President of Operations
Taryn graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2021 with a degree in public relations and a minor in business administration. Prior to working at True Response, Taryn was an outside sales representative for Sun Coast Resources, one of the nation’s largest wholesale petroleum marketers and distributors, where she sold fuels and lubricants. As the Vice President of Operations for True Response, Taryn spearheads administration and day-to-day operations.
